3. Orders & Payments

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, subject to acceptance by us.

  • Orders are confirmed only upon receiving payment in full.

  • Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping costs may apply.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and approved online payment gateways. We do not store payment information.

4. Discounts & Coupon

  • Coupon Usage: The number of times a coupon can be used is solely at the discretion of Lux & Nox and may vary without prior notice.

  • Cart Value Calculation: The value of your cart will be considered after applying the discount for the purpose of eligibility towards free shipping, offers, or minimum order thresholds.

  • One Coupon Per Order: Only one coupon code can be applied per order. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

  • Expiry & Validity: All coupons & discounts are valid for a limited time only and are subject to expiration as communicated at the time of issuance.

  • Non-Transferable: Coupons are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and hold no cash value.

  • Cancellation Policy: If an order placed using a coupon is cancelled, the coupon will not be reissued unless otherwise determined by Lux & Nox.

  • Abuse of Coupons: Lux & Nox reserves the right to revoke or deny the use of any coupon or discount in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or technical errors.

  • Modifications: Lux & Nox retains the right to change these terms at any time without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times and costs vary based on location and selected delivery method. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Any order cancellation can be done only within 24 hrs. of placing the order.

  • We accept returns for defective or damaged products reported within 7 days of receipt, subject to proper evidence.

  • To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Non-returnable items include:​
